The Return of Artisan Bread

  1. I have the book, but have not had a chance to actually put any of the reciptes in to action.

    Sad for something that is 5 minutes a day.

  3. Missy - it's worth your time! It only takes about 10 minutes to set up, and then five minutes handling any day that you make bread. The dough lasts over a week in the fridge and the main recipe will give you 4 good loaves. Yum!
